92ab Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the 92ab platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92ab does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as part of any commercial betting operation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Submitting false personal details, including a false date of birth, is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already have an existing 92ab account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these terms.
• You confirm that online gaming is a personal choice and that you are participating voluntarily, with full awareness that gaming carries financial risk.

92ab reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal — to confirm that the above eligibility conditions are met. Standard verification may include a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 92ab. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92ab may close all associated accounts and void any related transactions.

When you register your 92ab account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — password and any linked mobile number — confidential and secure at all times.
• Not sharing your account access with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Notifying 92ab support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that all contact details associated with your account — including mobile number and payment method details — remain current and accurate.

92ab is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. All activity conducted through a logged-in account session is considered the responsibility of the registered account holder unless a report of unauthorised access has been received by 92ab support in advance of the relevant activity.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your 92ab account or any associated balance to another person.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92ab are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and debit and credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. For instant-payment methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa, this typically happens within seconds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 92ab in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few minutes of approval, while bank transfer withdrawals may take longer.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account under the same registered name. 92ab does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 92ab reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is pending, the withdrawal will be held until the verification process is completed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made in error are subject to 92ab's standard review process. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact support as promptly as possible.

92ab does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such charges are outside of 92ab's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

92ab offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and Pakistan's bilateral fixtures), football, and esports, alongside slots, bingo, and fish game arcade titles. The following general rules apply across all game types:

• All bets and game wagers are placed from your PKR wallet balance. You may not place a bet that exceeds your available balance.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player. In sports betting, bets placed on a market that is subsequently voided (for example, due to a match abandonment) will be settled according to 92ab's void bet policy, which typically results in a return of the staked amount.
• Sports betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. 92ab reserves the right to update odds in response to market changes. The odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to settlement of that bet.
• Obvious pricing errors — for example, odds that are clearly the result of a technical error and are significantly out of line with fair market value — may be voided by 92ab at any time, before or after settlement.
• For slots, bingo, and fish games: game outcomes are determined by the respective game's random number generator or live-draw mechanics. 92ab does not interfere with game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for slot titles is documented within each game's information section.
• Winnings from all game types are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement or game completion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

92ab may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, or other incentive-based rewards to eligible accounts from time to time. Where such promotions are offered, the following conditions apply:

• Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game types, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms take precedence in the event of any conflict with general platform terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to the registered account holder only and are not transferable between accounts.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds or free bet winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game types will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 92ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice and their progress will be honoured up to the point of cancellation where technically feasible.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to receive a new-player promotion more than once — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, potential reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

92ab takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a set of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity within limits they set themselves. These tools are available to all registered players at any time:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Reminders: You can set timed reminders that notify you of how long you have been active in a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active sessions to remind you of your current session duration and net gaming activity.

Gaming on 92ab is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92ab and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with the platform in a way that is not available through the standard user interface.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or related corrupt activity in connection with bets placed on 92ab.
• Using another person's payment method or identity details to make deposits or withdrawals without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or 92ab support staff.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not intended for general user access, including any attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform's underlying code or security systems.

92ab monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation, with no obligation to provide advance notice to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

92ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to any applicable notice period.
• At the account holder's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including at the player's request or due to inactivity — the available balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting 92ab support. Voluntary account closures are processed promptly, and any available balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe for the player's registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

92ab provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is operational and accessible at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:

• 92ab is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or periods of downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• 92ab is not responsible for any loss of data, including betting history or account records, resulting from events outside of our reasonable control.
• 92ab is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of anticipated winnings — arising from use of the platform.
• Nothing in these terms limits 92ab's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By using 92ab, you acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you accept full responsibility for your betting and gaming decisions. 92ab's role is to provide the platform and facilitate fair game outcomes — the decision to bet and the amount wagered are entirely your own.

10. Changes to These Terms

92ab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide reasonable notice before the updated terms take effect. This notice may be delivered via an in-platform notification or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the 92ab platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
